Negative edge-triggered monoflop
If there is an edge from 1 to 0 at input I of the negative edge-triggered monoflop, the output Q1 is set to 1 for a time t. After expiration of t, the output is reset to 0 automatically. A distinction is made between non-retriggerable and triggerable monoflops. With retriggerable monoflops, the cycle time t restarts with a new edge.
Q1 = not Q2 always applies for the outputs.
